SalonBook operates exclusively as a digital appointment reservation platform. We provide users with online booking access, instant slot reservation utilities, and automated confirmation vouchers for personal care appointments. All customer billing and service delivery compliance is managed entirely internally under our registered proprietorship entity.
Customers must provide accurate information when booking an appointment. By paying online to book a confirmed slot, you are securing an advance service voucher for a specific time and date.
All payments made on the SalonBook platform are collected directly by KRISHNA ENTERPRISES. We do not operate an open multi-vendor marketplace or third-party peer-to-peer escrow distribution engine. Prices for service vouchers are displayed at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Users agree to use the platform for its intended scheduling purposes only. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit abusive booking behavior, frequent cancellations, or fraudulent activity.
